Questions concerning configuring DECNet for the first time.
There is no more "netconfig", it's now NET$CONFIGURE. He's not
familiar with the new procedures and has some relatively basic questions.
I explained to the partner this hotline is for programming issues. His
problem is that his support paperwork has not yet made it through channels
so MCS would probably not take his call yet.
I'll ask one of the ops folks if they can take this.

According to the "OpenVMS Upgrade and Install. manual", sec. 4.5, he
has DECnet-Plus (Phase V) installed on the system. He should read the
"DECnet-Plus Release Notes" and "DECnet-Plus Installation and Basic
Configuration".
