Mike did not have the details with him about his customers problem. He said
that they are having some kind of problem with UNIX clustering software.
Requested them to get the full details ( O/S version, Layered product version
error message etc etc ) from his customer and e-mail

I spoke with Bill McGee at Tracer concerning and understood that
this is a UNIX cluster with Turbo lasers with large number of
disks and optical devices in Korea (Koerian Telephone company)
The problem is a software product developed by Tracer is working
on a standalone environmnet, BUt not with clusters. They are
planning to comeover to the porting center to test this product
in the cluster environmnet. SO I am closing this call.
