Their application currently run on OVMS versions 6.1 & 6.2, But they need to
port this on to VMS 5.5 . Steve is asking whether there is any significant
differences in the O/S that should be taken care when porting the application.

Nari -- If it's V5.5, it's VAX, not Alpha. To find out what he'll have to take out of his code in going from V6.1 to V5.5, have him read the new features documentation for V6.0 (VAX only) and V6.1. He'll also want to look at the VAX to Alpha migration documentation if the V6.* stuff is currently running on Alpha only. -- Chuck Newman | |||||

manual and also migration guide. Later if he has any questions
