How can I change the keyboard. Also the cursor shap and save the setting.

You didn't say what hardware you have but basically try the following.
To change the keyboard you can try:
At the SRM prompt (>>>)
>>>set kdb_hardware_type <type>
For example: <type> could be LK411.
To change the mouse, it depends on what windows manager your using.
DECwindows session mgr, it's easy. Just use the Session Manager Options
menu and select pointer.
If your using CDE, good luck. You may have to use xsetroot, check-out
the man pages for this one.
