     Hi:

Sorry for what will no doubt be a simple question.
We are currently running Version 3.2C, and I just renewed our ASAP and
     purchased the new SDK.
It has Version 4.1B of the operating system, and it appears that I
have to upgrade to 4.0 before going to 4.1.
Is this true? How can I get 4.0?

     Thanks,
     Patrick Moore

Patrick,

I think you meant 4.0B not V4.1B. You had asked about an upgrade though, so
here is what you would need.

    Today you are on V3.2C

You would first need to upgrade to upgrade to V4.0 and then yes from there
upgrade to V4.0B. The SDK program from what I understand only ships the
latest version, and doesn't know what version you would be coming from. You
should call your rep and discuss your need to get V4.0 SDK.
