    Brief Description of Problem:

Porting from AIX RS6000 to OpenVMS.  Wants to move his Makefile to VMS.
Explained that MMS has same functionality but does require some modification.
Command procedures are less complicated if full compilation time isn't too
long to bear.  Will try to locate some printed MMS documentation for him.
Suggested he come to Marlboro porting center to try out a system.
