From: HYDRA::AXPDEVELOPER "[email protected]" To: SMTP%"[email protected]" CC: AXPDEVELOPER Subj: RE: product support Ray, We received your email regarding a request for followup on your new series 500 printer. Unfortunately, I could not find any reference to the previous email. Your latest email came to [email protected]. This hotline helps members of Digital's Association of Software and Application Parters with issues they may have porting applications to the Alpha platform. I would suggest that your email would be best sent to [email protected] On the web page http://www.digital.com/info/email.html my group is listed, and it looks like that is what you hit, but I would have hoped the information on that page would not have led you to send us your request. I'd be interested to which address you thought you sent your email, so we could change that if there is something wrong with email.html location sending randomly to my group's address. Sorry that I cannot directly assist you, but the [email protected] would seem to be the correct place. Regards, Jeff Kenyon Digital Equipment Corporation |
