Richard was trying to use the C++ compiler and getting an error that the
CXXOSF license was expired.

Richard's system is one that they purchased from Digital, so I told
him that they would have to purchase the C++ license for that system.
Richard then contacted Greg Gaines (business manager for Cayenne)
and Greg said that Cayenne does have systems on loan from Digital.
Greg asked Pat Bryant to send the licenses to Richard.
