Carl spoke with them earlier and offered some advice along with STRONGLY
suggesting they call the CSC.

Jeff has called back to say he has called and logged a call with them, but
while waiting for a callback he was "trying to get his ducks all in a row" and
wanted our support in trying to determine how to resolve a problem with 2 
disc drives which keep going offline.  I listened to the problem statement, and
determined it was a matter for the CSC, and suggested he continue with them
(offering once again that this was not our area of expertise, he was doing the
right thing by contacting them and waiting for their callback).
