Recently received v4.0b from the ASAP organization and is in the process of
upgrading from 3.2 to 4.0b. After the installation he was stuck at the
shell prompt (I suspect in single user mode). What now?
Talking him through a few steps, he came up with a PAK related error.
He will proceed with the postinstallation steps (including LMF) and call
if he needs further help.
For the record, he didn't know what a PAK was, etc, so I think he didn't read
the documentation yet.
