Brief Description of Problem:
-----------------------------
We have observed anomalous behavior when PostScript jobs containing the
setpapertray command are sent to an lpd queue running on a PrintServer32.
(The same jobs work fine when sent to a PrintServer17)
1) Are there known problems with setpapertray and the PrintServer32.
2) If not, what are the paper tray numbers, for use with setpapertray, on
the PrintServer32?
Our ASAP number is 916960.

Greetings! I just opened (and closed) a call from Fred that sounds like a duplicate of this one. I sent Fred mail back directly and posted note #3263 in this conference as a reference. IMHO, if Graymatter wants printer support, (they've logged at least 2 other calls via ASAP) they should be pursuing this through the CSC. I've advised Fred of accordingly. I think he thinks ASAP does real- time remedial break/fix support and doesn't understand the ASAP vs CSC charters, cheers...
