To: Technical support <[email protected]> Subject: CORBA HELP Message-Id: <[email protected]> ESI Technology C orp. 5 Commonwealth RD. Natic, MA 2/14/97 [email protected] Dear Sir: We are currently facing a problem in understanding how to invoke a callback wit h CORBA(V2.6). The goal we are trying to reach is that while an operation of an object on ser ver is invoked, this operation can asynchronously invoke an operation of an obj ect on client side which is passed over as a parameter of the server operation. We need to know how a client object part icipates in service, and this mechanism is so important to our CORBA products. It would be g reatly appreciated if you can give us an introduction or example showing the major steps to build o r to use the callback mechanism with CORBA at your earlier convenience. We are looking forward to hearing from you. Thank very much. Hanlin Weng ESI Technology Corp. Contract 3588247 Cust ID ( PIN 910453 ) | |||||
