Dear Sir or Madam:

I have tried unsuccessfully to access your businesslink web site to obtain
information and pricing.  I tried using my electronic stores information
(username=1.xxxxx.0, password =old password) and using my ASAP information
from the www-swdev page).  Access was denied in both cases.

Do you have any idea what I am doing wrong?

    I called Ken and verified the problem was in accessing the Members Only
    area.  I forwarded his message to xlib::asap.
