Brief Description of Problem:

The application was developed (using C) on openVMS V7.0, But when running the
same on openVMS 6.2, Matchware's customer is encountering
"Sharable image symbol vector mismatch" error. The customer can not upgrade to
V7.0 due to some other problem.

Matchware should compile and link the software on V6.2 for this
customer. OpenVMS promises UPWARDS compatibility for correct,
user-mode programs.
