Ken came in early this morning to set up his system to use UCX. Now a
create term/decterm fails with the error: DECW-E-TIMEOUT_CONTROL.
I took him through steps to determine if a problem existed in his login.com,
if his DECterm controller was having problems starting detached, or if
there might be a bad DECW$TE_nnnn process out there. All was fine.

Problem solved...He had some bad commands in the system sylogin.com
