They have the VMS pak on their UNIX system. Paks on the VMS system are
disabled. I went over DCL syntax with them. Bancroft tried to cut and paste
the UCX license, but it does not seem to work. I had him replace the
disable/log with delete, bring down and back up UCX, and now he is fine.
