Of course this RTL routine is also documented in the full OpenVMS doc set in the "OpenVMS RTL Library (LIB$)" manual on the distribution CD in Bookreader if desired... It's on the OS CD or the OS Documentation CD (depending on the version
of OpenVMS). On V6.2 (the CD I have loaded in my system) do the
following with the OS CD:
Look in the bookshelf cd:[DECW$BOOK]LIBRARY.DECW$BOOKSHELF
Look in the bookshelf "OpenVMS Version 6.2 Operating System"
Look in the bookshelf "OpenVMS Programming [P] Documents"
Look in the book "RTL Library (LIB$)"
