---------------
Dear Mr. Eadie,
On January 3, you talked with one of our engineers, Navin Modi, about
a possible bug in curses handling of scrolling on Digital Unix 4.0. At
the time,
I believe he asked you for a small reproducer, if possible, but you
were headed out of town on business.
The reason I'm contacting you is that Mr. Modi is going to be out of
the
office for an extended period and we are following up on calls in our
database which were assigned to him and still marked as "open".
Could you please let us know whether you still consider the issue
"open"
from your point of view, or whether you and Mr. Modi already reached a
solution and it just didn't get recorded in our database.
If you believe the issue is still a problem, we will assign it to
another
engineer to pick things up where they were left off last and resolve
the issue to everyone's satisfaction.
Please let us know, as soon as you can, either by reply'ing to this
message at "[email protected]" or calling us at the ASAP
Tech Support Hotline at 1-800-332-4786.
Regards,
Alpha Developer Support
