Hi all!!
	Just wanted to say thanks for the birthday wishes from those that can't
make the party!  You'll be missed!!  PKO has a power shutdown this weekend and
the systems are going down at 5:00 today so I won't be logged till after the
weekend (and will be taking Tuesday off - yeah!!!!).
	As I told a few people, feel free to come later on Sat night if you 
want if you have other plans earlier...folks stayed till oh, the wee hours, last
time.  ;-)  And if anyone wants to crash at my place that's ok (gee, Harry, 
gonna miss those banana pajamas!!).

    Oh shoot!  I'd forgotten about the shutdown.  I'll lose TARKIN
    for the weekend.  Guess I'll have to use PCBUOA, but I hate doing
    notes from there.  Ahhh!  I'll have notes withdrawal.  I'll lose
    TARKIN mail as well.  If anyone's sending me mail, please use

	Am I the first one to "report in" ??? Well .... I guess I did leave
before the "end". I hope everyone got home ok in that fog (or was the
fog just around MY car ? :-) :-) It certainly was nice to meet the faces
that go with some of these notes. For other "lurkers" out there ... this
is an easy group to talk to ! Jump in ! And speaking of jumping in ...

	Now .... about that hot tub ..... Do you think it could REALLY hold
14 people (assuming they were all naked of course) ??

    I was great to finally meet all of you...   truly a group
    of warm, fuzzy (I mean funny) people...  and Doug's list
    of the people  he never saw naked at DEC is fascinating!
    Doug, are you now working on the list of those you haven't

    It was great to put at least another 5 faces to names.
    
    That hot tub idea was fun, but I think we should ask the owners first
    next time.  By the way, I did not know that there was a distinction
    between clothing and bathing suits.  I thought the latter is included
    in the former, or did I misunderstand the jist of the discussion?  I
    also thought Barb's shower/tub was much too cramped for more than two
    people at a time.
    
    Jan brought out her rhunes and gave readings for almost everyone, and
    for several pets as well.
    
    Driving home in the light fog was fun.  I love Rt. 40's twisties.  In
    the fog, I was reminded of a trip I took long ago up California's
    coast.
    
    It was as perfect a weekend as I've ever had.  Barb, thanks for hosting
    another singles_chat party, and Joyce, thanks for organizing.  Glad you
    could make this one.

Hi all!
	Thanks for the wonderful birthday party - yikes, I didn't expect
*gifts*!  Hey all, we now have an *official* chat scoreboard!!  Thanks 
Terry!  :-)  And thanks everybody for the flowers and balloons and books 
and cards and wine and Metaxa and champagne (OK, I'm stocked for the next 
party!) and most of all the company!!!!  (Hope I didn't forget anything!)
CJ, thanks for the phone call - hope you're feeling better!!
	I'd say the highlights from the night were the hot tub, s'mores
over the electric stove, marshmallows in the microwave, Monty Python ala
Doug and the runes ala Jan.  Jenna was very much in touch with her inner
kitty today Jan!  ;-)  
	We might have to wait awhile for this party's pics to make it up on
the web - it's a roll of 36.  :-(  Actually it has a few remnants from the
first party on it...That's it - we just have to have another party just to
get through the roll of film!!

Well it looks like we have a "go" here ... So ....... let's see what
I can do about making up some details...

- Let's start this thing around 7 ish ?? on Saturday night.
- Even if your name is listed in the previous reply please send mail
  if you want directions (and I suspect everyone will since this crowd
  has not been to my house before) Extra points will be awarded for
  creative subject lines on direction requests. (Mail to CANDOO::GRIEB
  or [email protected])
- Please BYOB unless you like champagne - I've got LOT's of that.
- Anybody that wants to bring any "eats" are welcome to do so.
- Feel free to come even if you are a read-only noter
- Feel free to bring a friend(s), especially women, to even up the
  odds of course ! (so far it looks like 2/4 ??? - Is CJ coming ???)
- Dress is casual/comfortable (but required .... at least at the start of
  the party ... grin.. grin ... "say no more" .. "say no more" ....
  "the parrot IS quite dead you know" ...)
- All participants MUST bring a sense of humor.
- Bring music if ya want - Most of my stuff tends to be easy listening
  oldies stuff which may not be wild enough for Joyce/Barb :-) :-) :-)
  (I have CD/ReelToReel/Cassette but no working record player)


Have I left anything out ??? For anyone that isn't sure (like you folks
that will be driving down from Canada :-) ... yeah ... right ....)
Hollis is the next town west from Nashua, NH. My house is about 1 mile north
of the Mass border as the crow flies (at least that's what he tells me :-).

P.S. Oh yeah ... make SURE you have your directions by Friday 'cause I
will not have a chance to log in on Saturday at all.

If anyone reads this tonight (4/28), it looks like CANDOO is hung so

    I just don't know.  I was a possibility until Angeline's father
    called last night and let me know the visitation this weekend
    has changed.  Now he has her over Friday night instead of over
    Saturday night.  
    
    Not sure I can manage a sitter, so it's a wait and see kind of
    thing.  I'll chat with you off-line for directions and we'll just
    have to see what comes up.
    
    I don't think Angeline's up to this party.  Barb's would have been
    her limit, if I hadn't been so sick.

    I'm a maybe.  Hollis is my town (all of it, yeah right), and the kids
    and I often crash there on Sat night as the old bedroom is always 
    available, so for a change, it shore would be convenient.

have directions please make sure you get a copy of them TODAY as I will
not be able to log in on Saturday. If anyone decides on Saturday that
they want to come and doesn't have directions I would suggest sending
mail to other folks listed in the previous replies.

Please don't be shy about attending even if you never write in this notes
file. You don't have to be an extrovert to feel welcome with this crowd.

    scratching and pulling balls out. Joyce had to ruin the fun  by being the
    pool shark that she is. :-)  Don't even want to go down that Ping Pong
    route. My cheeks are stuck in the inflated position. Oh! you need a big
    Dart Board also. Notice all the holes around the board. It was done by a

           Just checked out the pictures on the website.. For some reason
    a song from way back when popped into my head... Ever hear "Down in the
    Valley the Valley so low hang your head over hear the wind blow" Oh ya
    mean that was Ron and not the wind...
           I'm so full of wind I'd have had a blast blowing the pingpong
    ball around.. Do you get extra points if you shoot a curve into
    someone's cleavage or mouth??
           I'm a hit and run noter this week. Am taking a shellacking at
