    	I heard second-hand that I [?] may be entering too many 1-liners
    	for someone's tastes, and that all I'm doing is interfering with
    	some potentially good discussions in here.
    
    	Perhaps we have a volunteer to start a SINGLES_CHAT_CHAT confer-
    	ence, so that the chat_chat doesn't interfere with the chat?  It'd
    	be very much appreciated, by someone, apparently.

    when they see a note belonging to a person who's style they don't like

	So long as topics stay within P&P and don't degenerate into a long
pissing contest, I see no less value in Shawn's one-liners than in some of
the "War and Peace" entries...

    Well, listen, I'll come in here and say this... it was said to
    me and had nothing to do with Shawn.  Apparantly a note I sent
    him, he took to mean a personal reference.
    
    I was just using an example in response to his note about one
    person's trash being another person's treasure.
    
    This is all going out of hand and does not need to be.  I asked
    Shawn to delete this base note...but obviously the flame had 
    already spread.
    
    It is not big deal, let's not make it one.

    Sometimes, especially when long winded opinionated soapy shmoes like me
    go off on the tangent from hell, a well placed one liner is often a
    breath of fresh (often very fresh :-) ) air. I think Shawn's sense of
    humour and antics are great! POO. (personal opinion only).
    
    And there have been one line conversations that were priceless.
    
    3 cents. (I'm in Canada, it takes 3 cents to put 2 cents in an American
    based conference)
