Ah shucks Bob...
Shameless Shawn? Yup, that's me! Hey, what good is being a performer if you
don't push your own performances?? ;-)
Do keep in mind folks that it is reserved seating so the earlier you get tickets
the better your seats will be (and I know you all want to be down front so you
can harass me up on stage ;-) ).

| Well, I put my vote in for the 10th. I have Angeline that weekend
and it's a lot easier for me to try to manage sitters and all on
a weekend night than scrambling on a Friday.

These kids were excellent. My son Kevin and I very much enjoyed the
show. (Side note: Matt Wilhelm, who Saturday played the part of the
charlatan traveling medicine man Doc Terminus, on Sunday morning at
my church did the read-through for the scenes of trial and crucifixion
as Jesus Christ-- quite the contrast. Kevin recognized the voice but
not the face; not without the makeup. This young man is quite the
talent...)

| Glad you and Kevin liked the show Glenn. The kids did do a great job!! (course
the stage crew was awesome as well! ;-) ) Sorry I forgot to ask Kevin if he
wanted to come backstage after the show. My mind was kinda fried by that point.
Crazy weekend!!

Matt was great!!! He's a lot of fun and a really good kid. Course the stage
crew was ready to shoot him with all that money flying around that *we* got
stuck cleaning up each time. Seemed he ended up with more money every time!
(He threw handfuls of money (yes fake) all over the stage twice during each
show. It went *everywhere*!) Jesus Christ huh? Hmmm....yes, quite a differ-
ence from Doc! ;-)

26.18 | Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Sanders Theater, 5/9/1997 | JARETH::LARU | au contraire... | Tue Apr 15 1997 09:40 | 15 |
| Ladysmith Black Mambazo is playing Sanders Theater (Harvard Square)
on May 9, 1997 at 8pm tix$27 & $22.
If you have never seen them, this is a must see! Sanders is
a wonderful hall to catch a group like this (but the seats are
a little hard on tall people)...
I unreservedly recommend this show!

Yes. Although I think "collaborators" would be more accurate.
These guys can sing anything and give you chills... I saw
them do the alphabet on Sesame Street, and was enraptured...
