| Hi,
1. In ALL-IN-1 the System Manager can specify the maximum number of
connected clients. (SM MSS MAS and then select the AIDA Server). It
sounds like the number on your system is too low. By doing an ISC
(index of server connections) you will see if you have run out.
If you have multiple AIDA Servers running on one node then it is
possible to spread the load. Let me know if this is your
configuration.
2. This has the look and feel of an underconfigured PC - do you
have enough memory? Also what version of the client are you running?
It may be that you are running on an out-of-date client.
Cheers

| Hi,
1. Not all AIDA servers are setup the same, we'll look for this parameter the next time.
2. Clients are running W95, I'll see if there is a memory problem.
Thanks for your Tips.

Can you also check the version of the Exchange client - you get this
from the Help About.

| More information:
1. Problem occur on a node where the AIDA server limit was set to 150 and no more than 50 users were
connected.
2. Exchange client version is 4.0.837.0 (I assume it's the SP1 version), in the next days we will try with
the SP2 client version. Only Exchange was running, no memory problem.
Thanks.
