11.6 | Use the Copy feature! | FOUNDR::MANSOR | | Tue Jan 28 1997 10:58 | 8 |
| Just a short note about my son's misfortune:
After compiling 118 stars (2 short of completing), his work was
erased!. While we were watching the Super Bowl, our 8 year-old
neighbor went in and thought he had to clear Player A to start a new
game. Ouch...
Moral of the story...copy your Player A to either Player B, C or
D as you go, maybe at the end of each night.

| I always play the last slots so guests will not accidentally erase
them.
By the way, you are not done with the game when you get 120 stars.
Other tasks include defeating Bowser the third time and getting all the
coins in the game.

| re. .7
Thanks for the note...I'll pass that info about Bowser and the coins
onto my son.
By the way, with a day off from school yesterday he was able to grab
70 stars, so he's well on his way back to where he was...

| The salesman who sold me the Mario game said to look for the yellow
bunny and try to catch him 3 times and "something" will happen. We
haven't come close to catching the wiley rabbit. Can anyone help?
thanks,
nj

| Re .9:
There's no trick to catching the rabbit. Just keep trying. It only
appears two times, though, so I don't see how to catch it three times.
Here's an update to the table of coins -- there are 136 in Shifting
Sand Land:

| The way we caught the rabbit wsa by running and diving (B-button) at
it.
I agree with -1, in that we have only found it twice.
