I guess we won't know how the performance will be until it comes out.
I imagine it will be on par with the Saturn.
I didn't really see in that article if said they were going to write
*new* games for this or just port the existing Saturn games.

| 3/04/97 - Sega's Expected To Announce Upgrade
An anonymous source from Sega said that they will be announcing it's 64
bit add on device for it's Sega Saturn sometime this month. The add on
device will be packaged with Sega's upcoming arcade port of Virtua
Fighter 3 and should retail for $70 to $100. Along with the
announcement, expect Sega to unveil some character demos of the
upcoming Virtua Fighter 3 port.
