I'm responding to an RFP and the customer is asking for Mean Time
Between Failure (MTBF) rates for our Alpha system boards and I/O
subsystems. Any idea where I could locate this information (or name of
applicable product manager)? We're planning on putting our RFP response
under nondisclosure, so I hope that this type of information can be
shared in this protected fashion.
Thanks,
John Georges

There's an MTBF server around. I know this topic has been discussed before. (Try an AltaVista notes search.) | |||||

The autoreply I knew (MTBF @ OGO?) went a good while ago. Was there (is
there) another ?
