    Hi,
    
    My customer need "DECOSAP/H1 V3.0 FOR VMS AXP"(SPD4795) TO CONNECT WITH
    SINEC H1 protocol which in turn requests a software named "VMS OSI
    Transport Service (VOTS) version 6.3 for OpenVMS Alpha" writen in
    SPD4795. But I searched all of the SPDs and can not find there is a
    prodect with that name.(VOTS) Could anyone tell me where I can find the
    product VOTS on VMS Alpha? the customer need it for ordering in Process
    Control industry. Thanks ahead!

   VOTS is effectively now a component of DECnet-Plus -- and DECnet-Plus
   is the the new name for the DECnet OSI package.  (The VOTS interfaces
   are imbedded in DECnet-Plus.) 

   As for the DECosap (OSAP) package and for factory-floor networks, see
   the VARESE::BODC and VARESE::BASESTAR_OPEN conferences.

   You're not in the best notes conference for these questions -- the
   ALPHANOTES notes conference is the generic Alpha and porting-to-Alpha
   conference.  VAXAXP::VMSNOTES is a better spot for OpenVMS questions,
   and HELP::DECNET-OSI_FOR_VMS is a better spot for DECnet-Plus questions.
   DECosap used to have a notes conference at VARESE::DECOSAP, but the best
   spot for SINEC H1 and OSAK questions is likely now over in VARESE::BODC,
   or VARESE::BASESTAR_OPEN.
