Hello,

We are using DE500-XA card on Alphaserver 2100 A 4/200 RM running OpenVMS
Version V6.2-1H3 using Decnet/Osi Version 05.09. It was working in 100 Mbps.
The problem is the card cannot selected to 10 Mbps, because hub working at 
10 Mbps. I already select twisted pair on alphaserver 2100 A 4/200 RM.
It still doesn't solve the problem.

Can anybody help me to isolate this problem

You can explicitly select it by issuing the LANCP command: MC LANCP SET DEV EWA/MEDIA=TWI/SPEED=10 But I'd recommend getting the ALPLAN04_O62 patch kit which adss support for the DE500-AA and also relies on the console environment variable setting (EWA0_MODE) which is more reliable than autosense that is being done without the patch. - Dick

You mean at the console?  You can explicitly select it by issuing the
LANCP command:

	MC LANCP SET DEV EWA/MEDIA=TWI/SPEED=10
