This box has recently been upgraded to OpenVms V7.1 and Firmware Update V3.8
We had the following scenario:
Controlled shutdown
Cycled power (power was off for ~5 minutes)
Booted system - crashed and hung during reboot.
Reset machine from front panel
Booted again from >>> was OK this time.
No valid crash dump written to dump file, or anything to error log.
Console log (via LAT port) follows:
