Hi , my customer encountered this problem on 6.2 OpenVms , and I have
reproduced the same operation through 7.1 OpenVms on Dec7000

Guess, what my node is running: VAX/VMS A5.5-2 ;-)
Not an Alpha problem, but OpenVMS. So what is this command going to do ?
Just consider to enter a QAR...

This should be QAR'd, but at a very low priority. Workaround is for the
customer not to ask VMS to perform nonsensical acts.
Not that he's alone...:-)
