I believe external price is $60. I don't know what the internal price is.
My apologies for not having posted this sooner.
At some future point, I'll replace the online chapters with the versions
that appear in the book, which incorporate copy edits and last minute
technical corrections. Watch this space for news.
As some of you know, we split the book into 5 volumes so that it could
be updated on a more timely basis. At present, both Denise and I are
writing code rather than words, so the next volume is a ways off.
Whichever chapters it contains, it will cover the then-current release.
