    The VMS Alpha Cluster running V6.2-1H3 shows the Last State Change for
    some of the virtual circuits as 1-JAN-1995 and the correct date on
    other circuits. Is this a default date or is there a problem with the
    FDDI card or something else.

	I've seen that date before and i don't think that it's a problem. DO you have a problem? Jur.
