   Assuming you have ruled out any kernel-mode non-DIGITAL software,
   run the dump through CANASTA (see 233.*), and see what it says.
   You'll want to try a COMET search (http://comet.alf.dec.com/).
   And if CANASTA does not match this problem and COMET shows no
   previous reports, then elevate it via IPMT -- provide a copy of
   the system dump file with the IPMT.
