Hello,
A customer that have a cluster with two VAX 6610 OpenVMS 6.2.

Before the customer report a crash that after check in Canasta
application give an exact match and recomend installation of
eco 6 for Decnet/OSI 6.3, but the customer don't install this because
have a SWIFT application that only was tested until eco 5.
Before escalate call, please somebody can look the information and
giveme something about???
Thanks in advance,
Jordi

Did i understand correctly that the problem is clearly already known and
that eco 6 solves it? So why would you escalate this? Can't the customer
test the eco on a test system with their application to make sure it works
okay?

650.3 | Differents crashes | FORAT::PONS | | Wed May 28 1997 04:50 | 8 |
| Jur,
The crash that canasta report an exact was a different type.
The information that is reported in .0 is for a other crashes and is
possible that at bottom the source of problem was the same, I don't
know.
