	swag... You did an @LIBDECOMP during installation and it didn't complete for some reason (lack of disk space?). Your now left with a half-built help file. Alternative swag... You installed a layered product that tried to update help and failed for some reason. Solution... Restore HELPLIB.HLB from backup, or from the CD. - Richard.
