	Most OpenVMS documentation is available in the directories referenced by VAXAXP::VMSNOTES note 9.* -- though I do not believe the VMSINSTAL manual is included in any of those documentation areas. The manual itself is an antique, see hylndr::sys$info:VMSINSTAL.* for one copy. Given the choice (or the knowledge that the kit will install on V6.1 or later), I would strongly encourage the use of PCSI over VMSINSTAL. The notes conference for VMSINSTAL is USCD::VMSINSTAL-SPKITBLD. (To find a notes conference, search humane::sys$Public:easynotes.lis.)
