We'd appreciate a pointers to the location of patches
for the "May-19-1997" issue. A customer is running
OpenVMS/VAX Rdb and could not download it from internet.

Please see 238.* for the discussion of this patch. If the customer is unable to download the patch via the Internet nor via DSNlink and unable to acquire a copy of the current "consolidated ECO CD-ROM" distribution kit, then please contact the local CSC and request a copy of the ECO be created specifically for the customer. As for "can not download", that statement is rather vague on the details of the problem(s) seen. | |||||

Thanks for quick reply. We've ftp'ed the distribution kit.

This problem belongs to the customer. They have trouble to keep a
stable connection to our server (the winsock on their PCs were
messed up by their own people).
