According to the article entitled:
"[OpenVMS] Delta-Time Limits With Arguments Exceeding 9999 Days"
in the hidden text there is an unofficial patch for V5.4-3. My
customer is running 5.4. The kitinstal appears to be looking for
5.4-3 specifically. Are there any plans to create a kit for 5.4 or
will this patch work for 5.4 with a modification to kitinstal? Further
can this unofficial patch be sent to customers?
