    Below is a crash report from an Alpha Server 4100 system that crash a
    couple of days ago.  Althoug is the first time this situation has
    happened, the customer is worried that this might happen once they
    start using the system for production.  Can anyone shed some light on
    this situation ?  All inputs will be greatly appreciated.
