Hi there,

Just a quick one about the old Delta Time matter, see if anyone knows this,

What's  the situation as regards VMS a 5.5-1, I've got someone who is trying
to apply the eco (vaxlibr06_070) to this version, but all he's getting installed
is the eco drop command procedure. He also tried the original vaxlibr05_070
and this gave the same result.

So...does the vax eco support a5.5-1?
