    Whereas he appied the patch ALPLOAD02_070 a customer still gets
    sometimes the error RMS-E-RLK while doing a SUBMIT/USER...
    This customer runs OVMS V6.2-1H3
    
    Did somebody else get this error even after this patch has been applied
