Hi,

Customer has installed v7.1 on his vax 4100. When booting he gets the following
error message after vms has loaded :-

fail to start the internet software msg no 0000000

Cust wants to know how he can stop vms install it or fix this problem.

Then determine if the version of the package is compatible with V7.1 and has been installed and configured per the IP package product documentation, and then check for available patches, then contact the IP package support organization (or look in LASSIE::UCX and/or IPMT, if this is UCX)...
