The following command works as expected on OpenVMS 6.2: $ backup/modified/since=backup input-spec output-spec but produces the following warning on OpenVMS 7.1: %BACKUP-W-INCONQUALS, qualifier /BACKUP contradicts qualifier /MODIFIED Is this expected behavior? Thanks, John

re .0 It is true that /BACKUP conflicts with /MODIFIED but the error message appears to be being produced erroneously since /BACKUP was not present. It could be a CLD problem (either definition or usage). Are you sure that after the upgrade the version of BACKUP is correct for the version of DCLTABLES e.g. nothing in SYS$SPECIFIC? | |||||
