On Alpha, prior to V7.0, the absolute maximum was 512 MB. As of V7.0, the working set quota is still restricted to 512 MB, but the maximum you can achieve via WSEXTENT is now 4 GB. As of V7.1, you can also use huge memory resident sections that are not paged and are not counted against your working set. |
