I've a customer with a crash that is identic at one reported in STARS.

supplied) so that more information can be gleaned and maybe a fix

Send the CLUE to CANASTA, then -- if nothing shows up in CANASTA
seaches -- get the IPMT into the pipe. (CANASTA recognizes a very
large number of crash footprints.)

The second footprint is from the IPMT associated with the STARS
article you've found. I've also written a CANASTA rule for this
problem, that will match on the case from Basingstoke (UVO), to tell
them about this problem and ask for another dump and IPMT !
Sending the CLUE output to CANASTA is as easy as sending mail:
