We're working with a customer who has installed ALPCOMPAT_062 on a
DEC3000 system with no problems. However, he has also installed
ALPCOMPAT_062 on a AlphaStation 1000A 5/333 running V6.2-1H3. In this
latter case, the system is rendered unbootible; halting after jumping
to bootstrap.
Is ALPCOMPAT_062 incompatible with V6.2-1H3 and/or the AlphaStation
1000A 5/333?
Thanks,
Dave

IPMT this problem. Provide the display from the halt, and some basic information on the system -- basic configuration, firmware version, etc. | |||||
