And, FYI, they can no longer be had as temp paks either, making it
rather difficult to deliver performance related services "Legally."
Frankly, I had thought that this was an integral part of the CA
agreement, to deliver services supported by the PolyProducts to
customers that would then either buy the products OR more services.
My last delivery iteration, I was informed that we had to go thru CA to
get the licenses, and that the customer had to do it. It seemed dumb
to waste my time and the customer's $$$ while I sat and watched the CA
salesperson load and demo something about which the customer and I both
had a very strong understanding (it also negated the "collect data for
a week before for me to analyze" line that we've been using)
Besides, since most of them are in limbo until the V7.1 releases from
CA come out, what you have should probably work for a while longer.
Maybe you should look for a VPA pak. I wonder if that'll still be
valid after CA gets done mucking about with the product?

| So what are people using on V7.1 systems these days to look at
performance (other than MONITOR) ? Is there anything ? Particularly,
I was looking for something that would show me the most active files.

BTW - Just for Ha-ha's, I tried installing the Performance Solution Data
Collector which dies in the installation with a link error.
