OpenVMS VAX V6.1
Could someone explain whether or not expansion pages may
be added to the lock id table before the initial table has been
filled. I'm trying to determine why a customer's lock id table
has expansion pages when the total number of locks during the
current incarnation has never approached the initial allocation.
