	When a element is full, but also has an exception set, the
	Show Element dialog doesn't show the exception.  Full is not
	exclusive of exception as indicated by a cartridge without
	a barcode in the TL800.  The CLI behaves correctly.

    I've changed the check for exception to use the Read Element Status
    data instead of the MRD element status.  The Read Element Status
    data was what the CLI used.  They now behave the same.
