The IVP on VMS fails when the robot doesn't have any ports.

Done. I've "$ set noon" before the "show port" command. Since
many robots don't have ports, not caring about this result is
reasonable. I didn't have restore the existing error handling
after "show port" because it is the last command before our
normal exit handling code.
