When there is only one element of a particular type the CLI
will generate the default element address for the particular
command; loading drive 0 when there is only one drive.
Testgen should generate success tests based on this particular
feature so it better exercises the CLI. The equivalent of
this is already done for show. The parameter checks that
generate defaults are:
Load/Unload when there is only one drive.
Inject when there is only one Inport.
Eject when there is only one Outport.
Ready when there is only one Inport.
Position for any element type when there is only one.
Home for any element type when there is only one.
